The FilmGate International Student Film Festival is dedicated to showcasing student work. Students from around the world are invited to submit short films in Narrative, Documentary, Animation/Experimental categories. We believe in student filmmakers practicing and improving upon their craft of filmmaking. We wish this festival to be not only an exhibition of student work but also a learning ground, where students can watch other student films, and learn from them.

All submitted films will be judged on content, creativity, production value, and overall success as a student film. The festival will take place at the Winifred Moore Auditorium on the campus of Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri, from August 17, 2007 through August 19, 2007.
