If your film was accepted, Congratulations!

Here’s the Who, What, Where, Why, and When to do next:

1. Screening Copy. Please mail us a high quality screening copy by August 5th. We prefer NTSC BetaSP, but will also accept mini DV. *We will not accept DVD, also please make sure that foreign films have English subtitles in the final screening copy* We strongly recommend using priority mail with delivery confirmation or a courier like UPS. We’ll take care of return shipping. If the screening copy needs to go to another festival after ours, please e-mail us the address.

2. Press Materials. If you have not already done so, please send us a digital press kit which should include a filmmaker bio, picture of the filmmaker, producer or director statement, synopsis of the film (250 words or less and a 3 line version), three film stills (at least 4in x 6in and 300 dpi), and any poster art. If you would like a poster of your film to be displayed at the festival, please send an 11in. x 17in. (preferably on foam core) no later than August 5th. We will also be happy to accept postcards of your film to be distributed around the St. Louis area before the festival.

3. Attending? Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to attend. Each film represented at the festival will receive two filmmaker passes good for everything. Festival passes are good only for producer(s) or director(s) of the film. Extra passes may be purchased at the door.

4. Accommodation. All accepted films will receive lodging at $25.00 per person per night. If more than one guest comes for a specific film we will pair them together unless otherwise noted. If traveling alone or in odd numbers we will pair guest by gender. Please let us know ASAP if you wish for us to reserve space for you at the festival provided housing by emailing us .

5. Meals. All filmmakers who attend will be provided with one meal each day at festival events.

6. Transportation. The best way to get to the festival site from Lambert St. Louis Airport is by taxi. We will be able to make limited airport pickups. Please let us know your flight information ASAP, and whether you would like to be picked up from the airport. We will do our best to accommodate you. We can also arrange for pickups from the greyhound or Amtrak stations in downtown St. Louis.

We hope to see you there!!!
